So much fun!

Well I haven't posted for a while, because I've been busy having the best time learning lots of new things with Stampin' Up, (among other much more boring stuff)

My first couple of workshops were great fun and I really enjoyed making some small projects with the guests. They loved trying the 'Flight of the Butterfly' stamps with matching punch and were amazed at how easy it was to get fab backgrounds using the 'Stampin' Around' wheel.

Today I managed to get a whole morning crafting with my best friend, Helen. We made a few projects that I found on the web, but I am most pleased with this one. The tutorial is from Kazzells Craft and it was easy to make, once you get the hang of how the card goes together you can decorate it any way you want.

WW, Bashful blue and Almost amethyst card
Night of navy, Bashful Blue
Fun & Fast notes (pram)
Playful Petals (circles)
Cheers and wishes (congrats)
Other: Oval scallop+oval punch, Light blue gingham ribbon

And I just had to try one for a girl too! Melon Mambo card just seems to keep jumping to the top of my stash, I just love the colour!

Melon Mambo,Whisper White
Rose Red, Melon Mambo
Tea and Crumpets
Fun & fast notes (pram)

  1. Love, love, love the fact that the stampin up range match and co-ordinate! I usually waste half of my cratfing morning searching through my stash of craft materials trying to find tones that will go I've more time to craft!
Then - if I thought it couldn't get any better, how wrong was I? - codes to print inserts in the colours to match the card, ink and ribbons! FABULOUS! Thanks Jayne and SU!
